VC fund administrations include management of the Yulon Group VC fund companies and management of non-Group VC funds under commission. Core services encompass the evaluation and appraisal of investment in unlisted companies, participation in investment or management, and the disposition of invested enterprises.

Management and consultation services are provided to target investment enterprises, including professional manager recommendations, the promotion of technical and commercial cooperation with leading domestic and foreign companies, M&A planning, and guidance on public listings, improving managerial performances of invested enterprises.
